    Wildlife Properties is dedicated to the property owners of Northern Kentucky, Southwestern Ohio, and Southeastern Indiana professionally and safely managing the hunting rights and hunters on their property. We manage all the paperwork and insurance for the complete process for both the hunters and the landowners throughout the duration of the lease. Hunting land is getting harder to come by, so we extra work hard to ensure that property owners are comfortable and satisfied with our services.

     It is very important that Hunters leasing with Wildlife Properties LLC understand they are not leasing the Land but just the exclusive hunting rights to the land.  It is very important to keep in mind that you are a guest on a property and the Owner has allowed you this privilege. It is always a good practice to keep a good relationship with tenants and neighbors. The happier the landowner is the better the chance to continue hunting on his property. Also keep in mind that you are representing Wildlife Properties while on a property, and this helps owners to comfortably refer us to other property owner.

    Your Lease agreement is with Wildlife Properties LLC. I am you point of contact for the landowner.  You will be leasing the exclusive hunting right to the property and any type of improvements, posting property lines, install gates, food plots, ATV use, camping will need approval of the landowner. Always report trespassers or unwanted activities to me first and then Conservation officers. The lease is for Hunting activity only, no recreational activity permitted on the property unless otherwise approved by the landowner. It is very important to protect the landowner's property, making sure the land was left in the same or betters' condition then we found it. No trespassing by any hunters on a lease on to neighboring properties will be tolerated and can result in loss of your lease with no refund.

    The Covid pandemic has made it challenging to sign new properties over the last couple years with the land market being what it was. Beginning February 1,2023 Wildlife Properties started an aggressive campaign reaching out to old and new landowners offering our services. Properties can come available anytime. Leases are generally yearly; we also offer some exclusive Spring Turkey Leases as well as some Archery only leases when available. 

         Anyone can subscribe to our web site on the HOME page to receive new property notices. New properties and information will be listed on the PROPERTIES page as they become available.  

     Hunters, please keep in mind that that when leasing with us you are representing Wildlife Properties. Remember you are leasing the exclusive hunting rights to the property, not the land itself. You are responsible for all members in your group to sign and complete the lease Paperwork in a timely manner.

      Hunters subscribing now have the option to join our VIP list for a one time nonrefundable fee of $75 which allows you to receive new property listings and view the properties 48 hours prior to notification emails being sent out to subscribers or being posted to the web site.
