When a property first comes available, Hunters on the VIP List will receive a detailed email of the available property 48 hours prior to the property being listed on this page and general notice goes out. Enrollment for the VIP list is on the Hunters Page. An ariel map, description of the property, restriction, number of hunters and a general location along with the price will be posted below.
If interested in a listed property you can text me at 859-992-2693 to arrange a viewing of the property. It is important to move quickly as properties are in high demand and do not last long.
You have an option to place a 20% deposit on a property by Venmo (@Russell-Craddock) or pay in person hold the property for 48 hours to visit it and decide. First come first serve bases. Should you decide to not take the property only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Should you decide to move forward with the lease, remember time is of an essence and it is important that you and your group complete the paperwork, proof of insurance and return it along with the full payment back to me as soon as possible. Each member will need to complete and sign the last page of the lease and acquire some type of liability insurance or umbrella policy of their own. Wildlife Properties will also supply insurance the Hunt Group and the property owner.
After the paperwork and payment has been receive by me, I then settle up with the landowner an occupancy date is then set. Pending the landowner approval your lease will renew each year on the same date. Should you decide to not renew your lease you will need to contact me 60 days prior to the renewal date.

2026 Northern Kentucky Spring Turkey Leases

Kenton County
This 135-acre crop farm located outside of Walton Ky has unlimited habit for Wild Turkey and a great population. Easy access and great for spot and stalk opportunities this farm is now available for the spring. Exclusive hunting for you and your group. Lease price includes insurance. $850
Boone County
This wooded 103-acre property located near Petersburg KY just off the Ohio River host a large population of Wild Turkey. The track has a large powerline cutting through the center with ridges and hollows filled with mature hardwoods. Multiple access trails throughout the property with grass lanes from the entrance into the power line area. Available for the exclusive spring Turkey hunting rights. Lease price includes Insurance. $750
Boone County
This Produce farm located outside of Burlington KY has a great habitat for wild turkey holds a large population. With easy access and great spot and stalk opportunities, this farm is a lot of fun to hunt. Available for the exclusive hunting rights for the spring turkey season. Lease price includes insurance. $750
Semi Guided Northern Kentucky Hunts
Accommodations not included.
Semi Guided Hunts
Semi Guided Hunts available for the 2025 Archery and Muzzleloader season in Northern Kentucky. Hunts over soybean fields, Oak Timber, and bait sites. Trail camera photos will be available later in July and August of most of the stand sites.
Hotel accommodations available near CVG airport or local Airbnb.
