When a property first comes available, Hunters on the VIP List will receive a detailed email of the available property 48 hours prior to the property being listed on this page and general notice goes out. Enrollment for the VIP list is on the Hunters Page. An ariel map, description of the property, restriction, number of hunters and a general location along with the price will be posted below.
If interested in a listed property you can text me at 859-992-2693 to arrange a viewing of the property. It is important to move quickly as properties are in high demand and do not last long.
You have an option to place a 20% deposit on a property by Venmo (@Russell-Craddock) or pay in person hold the property for 48 hours to visit it and decide. First come first serve bases. Should you decide to not take the property only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Should you decide to move forward with the lease, remember time is of an essence and it is important that you and your group complete the paperwork, proof of insurance and return it along with the full payment back to me as soon as possible. Each member will need to complete and sign the last page of the lease and acquire some type of liability insurance or umbrella policy of their own. Wildlife Properties will also supply insurance the Hunt Group and the property owner.
After the paperwork and payment has been receive by me, I then settle up with the landowner an occupancy date is then set. Pending the landowner approval your lease will renew each year on the same date. Should you decide to not renew your lease you will need to contact me 60 days prior to the renewal date.
